Yes, a NEW account is required to access the LCCA Benefits site. You will need to select a new user name and password combination to register your account.

1.) You need to register a NEW account by creating a new user name and password. Your previous login credentials will not work on the new site. 

2.) If you are still having issues logging in after registering a new account, try clearing your browser's history, cache and/or cookies and logging in again. You might also try a new browser.
